Braving the Rebuild: A Support Group for Life After Divorce
A 12-Week Online Therapy Group for Women Ready for What Comes Next
Post-Divorce Therapy Group for Women in Tennessee, Oregon, Kentucky, Indiana & Idaho
Starts Monday, November 2, 2026 · Monday evenings · Online · Limited to 5 women
Divorce may end a marriage, but rebuilding a life afterward takes time.
Once the legal decisions and survival mode start to settle, new questions often show up:
Who am I now? What do I want my life to look like? Can I trust myself again? What parts of me do I want to reclaim, or discover for the first time?
Braving the Rebuild is a space to explore those questions alongside other women who truly get it. You won't have to explain or defend your experience here.
What This Group Is
Braving the Rebuild is a process-oriented psychotherapy group led by Amanda JP Ford, LCSW, for women who are finished with, or mostly through, the divorce process. The focus isn't just recovering from divorce. It's intentionally creating the life that comes next.
Each week blends guided reflection, psychoeducation, and honest conversation, with plenty of room to learn from and connect with one another. Over 12 weeks, you'll reconnect with yourself, decide what you want to carry forward and what you're ready to leave behind, and build confidence in creating relationships and a life that reflect who you are now.
