Braving Divorce Support Group for women in Tennessee, Oregon, and Idaho


Purpose:


Braving Divorce is a psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy group designed to support individuals navigating the uncertainty and emotional intensity of divorce. Through both education and guided discussion, members gain insight into what’s happening beneath the surface—emotionally, mentally, and relationally—while learning practical tools for healing and growth.

Focus Areas:


This group helps you strengthen your emotional regulation, rebuild a sense of safety, and restore confidence in your decision-making. Together, we’ll explore topics such as identity shifts after divorce, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, and effective co-parenting strategies that prioritize both you and your children’s well-being.

Our Goal:


The goal of Braving Divorce is to help you find stability, empowerment, and a renewed sense of self during this challenging life transition. You’ll leave with greater clarity, resilience, and the confidence to move forward—no matter what your next chapter holds.

Braving Divorce is for Women in the active phase of divorce (i.e., beginning to separate, current separation, legal proceedings in process etc).

Who this is for

Women of all ages 

Women with or without children

Women of all sexual orientations

Women looking for an inclusive and non-religious group

Women willing and able to commit to showing up to the 8 sessions

You’re looking for a faith-based group

Going through a breakup but were not married (however, if you message me, I will be happy to see if I can help you find a group in your area)

A man (this group is for women only, however if you message me, I will be happy to see if I can find you a referral to a men’s support group)

When: Tuesday Evenings at 5:30pm pst / 7:30pm cst / 8:30pm est 

Frequency: Meets weekly. expect on Tuesday December 16, 2025 - NO Meeting

$60/week (total $480 - paid each week at the time of session)

In an effort to keep the group intimate and allow everyone the time and space they need to process, the group will be capped at 8 women. If the group fills and more spots are required, I’ll be opening a second group that will meet on Thursdays.

Please note, this group is for women residing in Tennessee, Oregon, and Idaho only.
